深圳市萨米医疗中心(深圳市聚龙医院)是公立综合性医院,直属于深圳市卫生健康委员会,按照三级综合医院标准建设,位于深圳市坪山区金牛西路1号,占地6.8万平方米,一期建筑面积13.7万平方米,一期计划开放病床600张。医院按照 “大综合、强专科”定位设置学科。所谓“大” ,不是规模大,而是齐全,包括急诊科、内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、感染科、眼科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科、医学检验科、医学影像科等科室,能更好地为深圳市民提供全方位医疗服务。所谓“强” ,是举全院之力办好神经专科,突出神经外科,涵盖创伤、肿瘤、脊髓、血管、介入、功能、外周、与小儿神经外科等八个亚专科。此外还设有神经内科、神经影像、神经病理、神经重症、神经康复等多个专科,预计床位超过260张。深圳市萨米医疗中心(深圳市聚龙医院)是中国深圳与德国汉诺威结为友好城市的重点合作项目之一,也是我市实施“东进战略”重大民生保障项目之一。

 

Shenzhen Sami Medical Center (Shenzhen Julong Hospital) is a public comprehensive hospital, directly under the Shenzhen Municipal Health and Health Commission. It is built according to the standard of a three-level comprehensive hospital. It is located at No. 1, Jinniu West Road, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, covering an area of 68000 square meters, with a construction area of 137000 square meters in the first phase. The first phase plans to open 600 beds. The hospital sets up disciplines according to the positioning of "large comprehensive and strong specialty". The so-called "big" is not a large scale, but a complete set of departments, including emergency department, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and obstetrics, pediatrics, infection department, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, stomatology, medical laboratory, medical imaging and other departments, which can better provide comprehensive medical services for Shenzhen citizens. The so-called "strong" refers to the efforts of the whole hospital to run a good neurology specialty, highlighting neurosurgery, covering eight sub-specialties including trauma, tumor, spinal cord, blood vessel, intervention, function, peripheral, and pediatric neurosurgery. In addition, there are many specialties, such as neurology, neuroimaging, neuropathy, neurology, and neurology rehabilitation. It is estimated that there will be more than 260 beds. Shenzhen Sami Medical Center (Shenzhen Julong Hospital) is one of the key cooperation projects in which Shenzhen, China and Hannover, Germany have become sister cities, and also one of the major livelihood security projects in our city to implement the "eastward strategy".

 

 

本项目位于深圳市坪山新区的燕子岭片区，金牛路南侧、绿荫路西侧，东面及南面分别为荔景路、银田中路等主要市政道路。总建筑面积97335平方米，其中地上建筑面积73359平方米，包括六层门急诊大楼（19992平方米），五层医技管理大楼（15995平方米），八层住院大楼（32980平方米）以及配套用房（4400平方米）四部分组成。地下建筑面积23976平方米，包括医院辅助用房设备用房和地下车库。本项目总建设规模600张病床，停车位600辆（地上131辆，地下469辆）。

 

The project is located in Yanziling District, Pingshan New District, Shenzhen, on the south side of Jinniu Road and the west side of Lvyin Road, and on the east and south side of Lijing Road, Yintian Middle Road and other major municipal roads. The total building area is 97335 square meters, of which the aboveground building area is 73359 square meters, including the six-floor outpatient and emergency building (19992 square meters), the five-floor medical technology management building (15995 square meters), the eight-story inpatient building (32980 square meters) and the supporting room (4400 square meters). The underground building area is 23976 square meters, including the auxiliary room, equipment room and underground garage of the hospital. The total construction scale of the project is 600 beds and 600 parking spaces (131 on the ground and 469 underground).

 

 

方案布局为“品”字形，住院楼和门诊楼面向阳光或景观，从东、北两侧紧紧环抱着医技大楼，三者之间即相对独立又紧密联系，以医技大楼为核心，组织各种不同功能分区。 这种平面布局明确了医技、门诊、住院部功能体系关系，同时也解决了医技楼自身未来竖向发展（技术管道网络和各种医疗液体网络联系）或者水平方向扩建的问题。

 

The layout of the plan is in the shape of "pin". The inpatient building and the outpatient building face the sun or the landscape, and are closely surrounded by the medical technology building from the east and north sides. The three are relatively independent and closely connected. With the medical technology building as the core, various functional divisions are organized. This plane layout clarifies the relationship between the functional system of medical technology, outpatient and inpatient departments, and also solves the problem of the future vertical development of the medical technology building itself (technical pipeline network and various medical liquid networks) or horizontal expansion.

 

 

门诊大楼靠近主要交通道路一侧，拥有便捷的交通条件，有明显的可识别性和形象的展示性。大楼的前广场协调建筑和城市的空间关系，也合理的将各种流线有条不紊的组织起来。 同时该广场也是开放的城市绿地空间，以减少高压线和交通噪音的影响。住院大楼位于城市次干道上，充分享受安逸的环境和东侧良好的自然景观，充分提供给住院病人一个舒适的休养环境。医技大楼位于整个地块的核心区域，通过一条成“L”状的绿色通廊将门诊、住院部联系起来。场地南侧的绿化空间为医院预留的持续发展空间。场地的西侧考虑放置相应的医院配套用房。 

 

The outpatient building is close to the side of the main traffic road, with convenient traffic conditions, obvious identifiability and image display. The front square of the building coordinates the spatial relationship between the building and the city, and also reasonably organizes various flow lines in an orderly manner. At the same time, the square is also an open urban green space to reduce the impact of high-voltage lines and traffic noise. The inpatient building is located on the urban secondary trunk road, fully enjoying the comfortable environment and the good natural landscape on the east side, and fully providing a comfortable rest environment for inpatients. The medical technology building is located in the core area of the whole plot and connects the outpatient and inpatient departments through a "L" shaped green corridor. The green space on the south side of the site is the sustainable development space reserved for the hospital.
