设计师在创作富有灵魂的艺术空间时，也为业主打造出独一无二的精神家园，把对未来生活的寄望和对艺术的敬意，统统融合在空间设计之中，既传统又现代，三层空间丰满而独立，既满足一家三代人的居住，又彰显屋主独特的品位和格局。

When the designer creates a soul rich art space, he also creates a unique spiritual home for the owner. He integrates his hopes for future life and his respect for art into the space design, which is both traditional and modern. The three-story space is full and independent, which not only meets the living needs of three generations, but also highlights the owner's unique taste and pattern.

改建区域：

在结构上属于一层的空间，又在整体上是下沉空间，因为房屋有两个入口，北边的入户实则在二层，而南庭院在下沉一层，面朝湖景，阳光充沛，设计师选择扩建这个区域，意在能充分的把美景和环境自然过渡链接到室内。

Reconstruction area:

Structurally, the space on the first floor is also a sinking space on the whole, because the house has two entrances, the north entrance is actually on the second floor, and the South courtyard is sinking on the first floor, facing the lake view and full of sunshine. The designer chose to expand this area to fully link the beautiful scenery and the natural transition of the environment to the interior.

业主拥有自己的社交方式，因此一楼的待客空间放的比较大，虽然计划中平日里庭院是家人独享的，但是客人而至，也希望能够在信步庭院时，可以感受屋主的品味，视觉上可以看到整个别墅的完整性，和主人共享汇聚的光阴。

The owner has his own social style, so the reception space on the first floor is relatively large. Although it is planned that the courtyard will be exclusive to the family on weekdays, the guests also hope to feel the taste of the owner when walking around the courtyard, visually see the integrity of the whole villa, and share the converging time with the owner.

本案的业主有过别墅大宅的居住史，而今，将本案定位为全家的第一居所，所以，对于设计而言，要挖掘一次更新的方式，专属和独特是双方都追求的，用设计还原和升华业主的意愿，用高于生活的艺术介入，让空间沉淀传承而独特出彩。

The owner of this case has a history of living in a villa and a mansion. Now, this case is positioned as the first residence of the whole family. Therefore, for the design, it is necessary to explore a new way. Both parties pursue exclusivity and uniqueness. Restore and sublimate the owner's will with the design, and use the art intervention higher than life to make the space precipitation, inheritance and unique.

世上有味之事，包括诗、酒、哲学、爱情、艺术。并不是霓虹绚烂才是酒吧该有的样子，在本案，酒吧空间与家的设计基因相继，从透明中延展衍生，融入自然。认真的品酒，细细的对待相聚的快乐和洒脱。

The interesting things in the world include poetry, wine, philosophy, love and art. It is not neon that is what a bar should look like. In this case, the design genes of the bar space and home have been extended and derived from transparency and integrated into nature. Tasting wine seriously and treating the happiness and freedom of gathering carefully.

在别墅设计中，庭院生活更需要强调和享受的，把生活的核心区域和庭院无缝衔接，味蕾迎接美食，目光触及美景，西厨区、中西餐厅在一条几何线条上互动，不管是小家的用餐需求还是大家的完美聚餐，不管是中式的温情还是西式的浪漫，都被设计安放妥帖。

In the villa design, the courtyard life needs to be emphasized and enjoyed. The core area of life is seamlessly connected with the courtyard, the taste buds welcome the food, and the eyes touch the beautiful scenery. The western kitchen area and the Chinese and Western restaurants interact on a geometric line. Whether it is the dining needs of small families or the perfect gathering of everyone, whether it is Chinese warmth or western romance, they are properly designed and placed.

爱自己，是终身浪漫的开始，高品质的生活方式中，懂得享受生活是关键，回到家中，卸下所有，回归最真实的自己，给身心最好的SPA。

户外区域通过加建设计窗造出观景平台，复杂的世界，在这里变得纯净唯一，亲见生命在四季的更迭中日渐繁华，空间在孩子们的笑声中向阳生长。

The outdoor area creates a viewing platform by adding design windows. The complex world has become pure and unique here. You can see that life is becoming more and more prosperous in the change of seasons, and the space is growing in the sunshine with the laughter of children.

楼梯的设计改造也是本案非常突出的一个区域，改掉了原位置的开口，敲掉原有的折梯用钢结构做了螺旋上升的楼梯，楼梯拥有了张力和动感，让每一层和楼梯的连接更具带入性，步入每一层，步入每一个小家，又融入整个大家庭的温馨喜乐。

The design and transformation of the stairs is also a very prominent area in this case. The opening of the original position is changed, the original folding ladder is knocked down, and the spiral staircase is made of steel structure. The stairs have tension and movement, which makes the connection between each floor and the stairs more brought in. Stepping into each floor, into each small home, and into the warm joy of the whole big family.

客厅挑高墙面空间，艺术大师蔡国强为本案创作《玉兰》，焰火为笔，着玉兰之色，火药释放的瞬间以玉兰花的姿态绽放定格，极致的动化作了极致的静，无形化为有形。

The living room has a high wall space. The art master caiguoqiang created Magnolia for this case. Fireworks are the pen, with the color of Magnolia. The moment the gunpowder is released, it blooms and stops in the posture of Magnolia. The extreme movement makes the extreme static, and the intangible becomes tangible.

已向丹霞生浅晕，故将清露作芳尘，瀑泻而下随着一天日光的变化和角度，折射出斑斓的璀璨。

The light halo has appeared to the Danxia, so the clear dew is used as fragrant dust and cascades down. With the change and angle of the day's sunlight, it reflects the colorful brilliance.

达米恩·赫斯特的《黄蝴蝶》画作，独立于客厅一侧，观照于整个空间。同时作为一道通向电梯厅的照壁，突破了视觉的构图，让整个空间在端庄中增添了一份活力，别有意趣。

Damienhurst's yellow butterfly is independent of the side of the living room and looks at the whole space. At the same time, as a screen wall leading to the elevator hall, it breaks through the visual composition and adds a vitality to the whole space in a dignified way.

室内雕塑不仅有装饰和美化的作用，同时也是意识、信念和价值的一种特殊表现，营造出一个新的有韵味的空间，并且产生一定的视觉心理效应。
