凯里民族风情园位于贵州省凯里市经济开发区（东区）12号路东侧，14号南侧，凯麻高速北侧，规划用地面积38万4800平方米。

Kaili Ethnic Cultural Paek is located at the east side of No. 12 Road, the south side of No. 14 Road, and the north side of Kaili Machuang Expressway, Kaili Economic Development Zone (East District), Guizhou Province, with a planned land area of 384800 square meters.

凯里民族风情园依山而建，建筑风格为黔东南地区苗族、侗族村寨建筑最为典型的“干栏式建筑”。整个园区沿山坡斜度提级而上，呈现出典型的少数民族聚居村落特点。是凯里市乃至黔东南地区的地标性风景园区。

Kaili Ethnic Cultural Paek is built along the mountain, and its architectural style is the most typical "stilt house" of Miao and Dong village buildings in Southeast Guizhou. The entire park rises along the slope of the mountain, presenting typical characteristics of ethnic minority villages. It is a landmark scenic park in Kaili City and even in the southeastern Guizhou region.

“风情街”总规划用地面积93036平方米，以滨江路为界，从西向东划分为A、B两地块。其中A地块规划用地面积为39716平方米，B地块规划用地面积为53320平方米。A地块西邻清水江，东邻滨江大道。B地块西邻滨江大道，其余三面均邻规划城市干道。“风情街”周边有凯里二中、凯里六中、凯里二小三所学校，南侧有西门街农贸市场。“风情街”以北清江路上有龙泉明珠花园。
