北京市支持河北雄安新区建设医院项目位于河北雄安新区启动区A-1、A-2地块,北京市政府投资以”交钥匙”方式支持雄安新区建设的三级综合医院,是区域医疗中心(1200床)的一期建设项目,床位数为600床,建筑高度45米,地上9层,地下2层。

 

The Beijing Municipal Government's support for the construction of a hospital in Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province is located on plots A-1 and A-2 of the start-up area. The Beijing Municipal Government has invested in a "turnkey" approach to support the construction of a tertiary comprehensive hospital in Xiong'an New Area. It is a first phase construction project of a regional medical center (1200 beds), with 600 beds and a building height of 45 meters. It has 9 floors above ground and 2 floors underground.

 

 

建筑专业-设计理念与技术策略

Architecture - Design Philosophy and Technical Strategy

 

方案设计从白洋淀地貌汲取灵感,模拟淀泊形态,将北侧溪谷景观引入并贯穿用地。根据《启动区控制性详细规划》中城市设计要求:“传承中华营城理念,以蓝绿空间为骨架,以模数化格网为基础,构建秩序规整、平直方正、窄路密网的街区格局”。医院各种交通公共空间、室外庭院将门诊、医技、住院等功能空间连结成一个互不干扰、又紧密联系的生命体。

 

The scheme design draws inspiration from the Baiyangdian landform, simulates the shape of the lake, and introduces and runs through the northern valley landscape on the land. According to the urban design requirements in the "Detailed Control Plan for the Launch Zone": "Inherit the concept of Zhonghua Yingcheng, use blue and green spaces as the skeleton, and build an orderly, straight, square, and narrow road dense network block pattern based on modular grid. The various transportation public spaces and outdoor courtyards of hospitals connect functional spaces such as outpatient, medical technology, and inpatient services into a non-interference and closely connected living entity.

 

1、项目总体规划充分尊重雄安新区启动区城市设计要求,秩序规整、方正、符合雄安贴线率等城市设计要求。

 

1. The overall planning of the project fully respects the urban design requirements of the start-up area of Xiong'an New Area, and conforms to the urban design requirements of orderly, square, and in line with Xiong'an's line laying rate.

 

2、设计理念结合白洋淀地貌特征,较有特色,建筑形态舒展大方,建筑空间遵循中式礼仪空间理念,符合雄安新区导则中关于空间设计的要求。

 

2. The design concept combines the geomorphic characteristics of Baiyangdian Lake, which is quite distinctive. The architectural form is spacious and elegant, and the architectural space follows the Chinese etiquette space concept, meeting the requirements of spatial design in the guidelines of Xiong'an New Area.

 

3、根据规划条件,设计将2号规划路与道路接口位置不变,进行适当变形,平衡医疗区及科研办公区用地的比例,并在建筑前区广场分流组织门诊人行出入口,设置开敞景观坡道直达地下一层门诊落客区。就诊患者可由下沉广场中的门厅通过扶梯进入医院,地面单独设置急诊急救机动车专用通道,以保障急诊急救通道的高效便捷。

 

3. According to the planning conditions, the design will maintain the position of the interface between No. 2 Planning Road and the road, undergo appropriate deformation, balance the proportion of land used in the medical area and scientific research office area, and organize outpatient pedestrian entrances and exits in the square in front of the building. An open landscape ramp will be set up to directly reach the outpatient drop off area on the underground floor. Patients can enter the hospital through escalators in the entrance hall of the sunken square, and a separate emergency and emergency motor vehicle dedicated passage is set up on the ground to ensure the efficient and convenient emergency passage.

 

4、方案重视启动区城市设计理念,提倡共享空间的概念,将院区内部设计下沉广场供市民使用,并直接与地铁口衔接,充分考虑患者就诊方便。

The plan attaches great importance to the urban design concept of the start-up area, advocates the concept of shared space, and designs a sunken square inside the hospital area for citizens to use, directly connecting with the subway entrance, fully considering the convenience of patients seeking medical treatment.

 

 

结构专业-设计特点

Structural Specialty - Design Features

 

本工程结构设计使用年限50年;抗震设防烈度为8度,设计基本地震加速度为0.3g,设计地震分组为第二组,场地类别为III类;抗震设防类别为乙类。

 

The structural design service life of this project is 50 years; The seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees, the design basic seismic acceleration is 0.3g, the design earthquake group is the second group, and the site category is Class III; The seismic fortification category is Class B.

 

地上部分通过抗震缝划分为1#门诊楼、1#医技楼、2#医技楼、1#住院楼和2#住院楼五个结构单元。各结构单元均采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构;各结构单元中,局部框架柱、剪力墙暗柱中需设置钢骨。

 

The above ground part is divided into five structural units through seismic joints: 1 # outpatient building, 1 # medical technology building, 2 # medical technology building, 1 # inpatient building, and 2 # inpatient building. Each structural unit adopts a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure; Steel ribs need to be installed in local frame columns and hidden columns of shear walls in each structural unit.

 

本工程1#、2#住院楼为高层建筑结构,仅框架、剪力墙无法满足结构强度和刚度的要求,故采用了增加消能减震装置的方案。经比选,采用粘滞阻尼器+剪切型软钢阻尼器的方案,其中粘滞阻尼器仅提供结构附加阻尼比,不改变结构刚度,剪切型软钢阻尼器提供部分刚度及大震下的附加阻尼比。增加消能减震装置后,结构的强度及刚度均满足规范要求。

 

The 1 # and 2 # inpatient buildings in this project are high-rise building structures, and only the frame and shear walls cannot meet the requirements of structural strength and stiffness. Therefore, the plan of adding energy dissipation and shock absorption devices has been adopted. After comparison and selection, the scheme of using viscous dampers and shear type soft steel dampers is adopted. Viscous dampers only provide additional damping ratio of the structure without changing its stiffness, while shear type soft steel dampers provide partial stiffness and additional damping ratio under large earthquakes. After adding energy dissipation and shock absorption devices, the strength and stiffness of the structure meet the specification requirements.

 

本工程主体结构大部分采用天然地基,梁板式筏形基础;2#住院楼局部采用3:7灰土换填。

 

Most of the main structure of the project adopts natural foundation, beam slab raft foundation; Part of the 2 # inpatient building is replaced with 3:7 lime soil.

 

 

暖通专业-技术特点

HVAC Specialty - Technical Features

 

1. 本项目办公、诊室、病房采用风机盘管+新风系统,内区采用四管制风机盘管;手术部、中心供应等洁净区域采用洁净空调系统加洁净新风系统,四管制系统,核磁等大型仪器场所、信息机房等采用恒温恒湿空调系统。
