北京冬奥村（冬残奥村）位于北京市朝阳区国家奥林匹克体育中心南侧，基地临近水立方、国家体育馆、国家速滑馆等比赛场地，且用地紧邻北四环，快速链接首都国际机场。北京冬奥村（冬残奥村）总占地面积23.6公顷，由运行区、广场区和居住区组成，其中居住区占地面积5.94公顷，总建筑面积约为33万平米。建筑高度60米（最高）。冬奥会赛时居住区将提供包括运动员公寓、健身中心、娱乐中心、综合诊所、多信仰中心等功能空间。冬奥会时可提供2338张床位，冬残奥会赛时可提供1040张床位。赛后居住区部分将改造为北京市人才公租房小区。
The Beijing Winter Olympics Village (Winter Paralympic Village) is located on the south side of the National Olympic Sports Center in Chaoyang District, Beijing. The base is adjacent to competition venues such as the Water Cube, National Sports Center, and National Speed Skating Center, and the land is adjacent to the North Fourth Ring Road, quickly connecting to the Capital International Airport. The Beijing Winter Olympics Village (Winter Paralympic Village) covers a total area of 23.6 hectares, consisting of an operating area, a square area, and a residential area. The residential area covers an area of 5.94 hectares, with a total construction area of approximately 330000 square meters. The building height is 60 meters (highest). During the Winter Olympics, residential areas will provide functional spaces such as athlete apartments, fitness centers, entertainment centers, comprehensive clinics, and multi faith centers. During the Winter Olympics, 2338 beds can be provided, while during the Winter Paralympic Games, 1040 beds can be provided. After the competition, the residential area will be transformed into a talent public rental housing community in Beijing.

本项目位于北京市朝阳区国家奥林匹克体育中心南侧，奥体文化商务园区内OS-11及OS-12地块。规划总用地面积5.94公顷，地上地下总建筑面积约33万平方米。本项目2022年冬奥会及冬残奥会期间为运动员公寓及配套服务用房，赛后为北京市高端人才公租房，建筑高度60米（最高）。
This project is located in the south of the National Olympic Sports Center in Chaoyang District, Beijing, on plots OS-11 and OS-12 in the Olympic Sports Cultural Business Park. The total planned land area is 5.94 hectares, with a total construction area of approximately 330000 square meters above and below ground. This project will be used for athlete apartments and supporting services during the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. After the competition, it will be a high-end talent public rental housing in Beijing, with a building height of 60 meters (the highest).
本项目整体规划为对称布局，形成规整的空间形态，呈现现代合院大气稳重的气质。
The overall plan of this project is a symmetrical layout, forming a regular spatial form, presenting a modern courtyard with an atmospheric and stable temperament.
利用立面的风格变化，将整个园区分为三种组团类型。 中心绿地广场采用中国传统的冰嬉图意向，在院落的核心空间打造适应多种运动的共享空间。每个地块的东西两侧建筑首层及二层局部架空，将城市空间引入本项目的公共空间，形成线性开放空间，为城市退让出一片活力共享空间。
By utilizing the style changes of the facade, the entire park is divided into three types of clusters. The central green square adopts the traditional Chinese concept of ice playing, creating a shared space that adapts to various sports in the core space of the courtyard. The first and second floors of buildings on both sides of each plot are partially elevated, introducing urban space into the public space of this project, forming a linear open space and giving way to a vibrant shared space for the city.
建筑形体做了圆角处理，改善了方正形体带来的拘谨，更加自由灵动，对城市空间更友好。立面多采用浅色石材、深灰色金属以及具有纹路的彩釉玻璃等材质形成雅致的黑白灰色调，凸显出中国传统的书画意境。屋顶为开放公共空间，通过种植景观丰富活动空间，改善局部气候，为城市提供绿色生态的第五立面，同时屋顶设置太阳能板实现清洁能源的利用。本项目户型规整，南北通透，动静分区，功能齐备。独立电梯入户，增强仪式感。通过装配式钢结构实现户内无柱或少柱的灵活空间。增设无障碍设施的条件预留，打造全龄化住宅。以“社区健康化”为设计理念，以人的全周期需求为导向，依托大数据，打造可进化、有感知的、交互式开放智慧社区。
The architectural form has been rounded to improve the formality brought by the square shape, making it more flexible and friendly to urban space. The facade is often made of light colored stone, dark gray metal, and patterned glazed glass, creating an elegant black and white gray tone, highlighting the traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy atmosphere. The roof is an open public space that enriches the activity space through planting landscapes, improves local climate, and provides a green ecological fifth facade for the city. At the same time, solar panels are installed on the roof to achieve the utilization of clean energy. This project has a regular layout, transparent north-south, dynamic and static zoning, and complete functions. Independent elevator entry enhances the sense of ceremony. Flexible indoor space with no or few columns is achieved through prefabricated steel structures. Reserve the conditions for adding accessible facilities to create a fully aged residence. Based on the design concept of "community health", guided by the full cycle needs of people, and relying on big data, we aim to create an evolving, perceptive, and interactive open smart community.
设计概念源自传统的院落形制，通过围合和开放的变化，形成私密与共享巧妙结合的院落居住空间。通过打造三轴，两环，多界面的丰富格局，呈现现代合院大气稳重的空间气质。利用立面的风格变化，将整个园区分为三种组团类型，其中中间四栋楼为一个组团类型，四栋楼外圈形成一个环装组团类型，其他角部为一种组团类型。中心绿地广场采用冰嬉图意向，在院落的核心空间打造适应多种运动的共享空间。每个地块的东西两侧建筑首层及二层局部架空，将城市空间引入本项目的公共空间，形成线性开放空间，为城市退让出一片活力共享空间。同时架空的住宅建筑更显轻盈。
The design concept originates from the traditional courtyard form, and through changes in enclosure and openness, forms a courtyard residential space that cleverly combines privacy and sharing. By creating a rich pattern of three axes, two rings, and multiple interfaces, the modern courtyard presents an atmospheric and stable spatial temperament. By utilizing the style changes of the facade, the entire park is divided into three types of clusters, with the middle four buildings forming one cluster type, the outer circle of the four buildings forming a ring decoration cluster type, and the other corners forming one cluster type. The central green square adopts the concept of ice play, creating a shared space that adapts to various sports in the core space of the courtyard. The first and second floors of buildings on both sides of each plot are partially elevated, introducing urban space into the public space of this project, forming a linear open space and giving way to a vibrant shared space for the city. Meanwhile, elevated residential buildings appear more lightweight.
秉承绿色办奥理念，在设计上引入了“健康建筑”WELL金级认证标准，采用多级水质净化装置，过滤微生物及余氯，高效去除水中微生物、农残、重金属等，为居住者提供干净的生活用水和直饮水。在建材的选用上，选择健康的建筑材料以及装修装饰材料，打造安全健康的人居环境。践行绿色办奥理念，竭力打造低碳建筑。其居住区在按照健康建筑进行设计建造的同时，全部通过绿色建筑三星级认证，还选取能耗较高的综合诊所，按照德国被动房建筑标准及我国超低能耗建筑标准进行建造。赛时还开发建设了无障碍智慧服务平台，残奥运动员可通过手机APP进行村内无障碍路线导航。查看无障碍设施使用状况并进行预约。客房内，还可通过手机APP或智能控制面板实现对灯具、空调、窗帘的控制。
Adhering to the concept of "green Olympics", we introduced the "Healthy building" WELL gold certification standard in the design, adopted multi-level water purification devices, filtered microorganisms and residual chlorine, effectively removed microorganisms, agricultural residues, heavy metals, etc. in the water, and provided clean domestic water and direct drinking water for residents. In the selection of building materials, choose healthy building materials and decoration materials to create a safe and healthy living environment. Practice the concept of green Olympics and strive to create low-carbon buildings. While the residential areas are designed and built according to Healthy building, they have all passed the three-star green building certification, and also selected comprehensive clinics with high energy consumption, which are built according to the German passive building standards and China's ultra-low energy consumption building standards. During the competition, an accessible smart service platform was also developed and constructed, allowing Paralympic athletes to navigate accessible routes within the village through mobile apps. Check the usage status of accessible facilities and make appointments. In the guest room, control of lighting fixtures, air conditioning, and curtains can also be achieved through a mobile app or intelligent control panel.
