国际能源革命科技创新园A区建设项目，大同/建筑

 

该项目建设地点位于大同市御东新区，北至云山街，南至兴云街，西至永安路，东至太和路。建筑面积为61630㎡，其中，地上建筑面积26327㎡，地下建筑面积35303㎡。路桥集团将承担园区A区的勘察、设计工作，具体施工内容包括能源革命展示馆（不含展陈项目内容）、上海漕河泾开发区国际双创园及相关的室外配套管网、绿化景观、共享空间、开闭站、地下车库等附属配套设施。

 

The construction site of this project is located in Yudong New District, Datong City, north to Yunshan Street, south to Xingyun Street, west to Yong'an Road, and east to Taihe Road. The building area is 61630 ㎡, including 26327 ㎡ above ground building area and 35303 ㎡ underground structure area. Road and Bridge Group will undertake the survey and design work of Zone A in the park, with specific construction content including the Energy Revolution Exhibition Hall (excluding exhibition project content), the International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in Shanghai Caohejing Development Zone and related outdoor supporting pipeline networks, green landscapes, shared spaces, opening and closing stations, underground garages, and other ancillary facilities.

本项目为大同经济建设投资有限公司在大同投资的科技创新产业园，整体建筑面积约38万平米。本项目为大同市能源转型、发展新能源的建设背景下，大同市政府引进全科盟、中科院等科研单位进驻大同，并联合同煤研究院、泰瑞新材料公司，打造大同新的经济发展增长点和能源革命的催化剂。

 

This project is a technology innovation industrial park invested by Datong Economic Construction Investment Co., Ltd. in Datong, with an overall construction area of approximately 380000 square meters. Against the background of energy transformation and development of new energy in Datong City, this project aims to introduce scientific research units such as the National Science and Technology Alliance and the Chinese Academy of Sciences into Datong, and connect with the Contract Coal Research Institute and Tairui New Materials Company to create a new economic growth point and a catalyst for the energy revolution in Datong.

 

 

本项目的建设和投产，将显著的增强大同市在新能源、新技术、新工艺等方面的研发能力。

 

The construction and operation of this project will significantly enhance the research and development capabilities of Datong City in new energy, new technologies, new processes, and other aspects.

 

整体建筑设计从规划入手，分析场地的风环境和日照环境，创造适宜的场地风环境，并充分利用大同优异的日照条件，在建筑设计中最大化利用太阳能这一清洁能源，并与场地内的能源系统连接，尽可能达到能源自用的最高效率。

 

The overall architectural design starts from planning, analyzing the wind and sunlight environment of the site, creating a suitable wind environment for the site, and fully utilizing the excellent sunlight conditions of Datong. In the architectural design, the maximum utilization of solar energy as a clean energy source is maximized, and it is connected to the energy system within the site to achieve the highest efficiency of energy self use as much as possible.

 

 

场地设计方面，考虑海绵城市的设计，达到雨水零排放。可以预见，随着科研成果的不断涌现及产业化，必将推动大同市乃至山西全省由“制造”向“智造”的升级迈进。

 

In terms of site design, consider the design of sponge cities to achieve zero rainwater discharge. It can be foreseen that with the continuous emergence and industrialization of scientific research achievements, it will inevitably promote the upgrading of Datong City and even Shanxi Province from "manufacturing" to "intelligent manufacturing".
