外幕墙首层至四层为菱形间隔单元式石材幕墙系统,上部4-8层外立面为错缝玻璃幕墙预制型小单元系统。圆形双面玻璃镜筒内置LED灯镶嵌在深灰色石材幕墙上,抽象的呈现了中国元代画家黄公望的富春山居图。

嘉德艺术中心为复杂超限高层建筑工程,地下5层,最大埋深28.5m,地上9 层,总高37.0 米,建筑面积约5.6万平米。结构体系复杂:混凝土筒体小,结构跨度大,转换结构多,上部酒店层均通过悬挑功能实现,悬挑跨度大、层数多。建筑功能多,限制条件多,层高低而净高需求大。
The Jiade Art Center is a complex high-rise building project with 5 underground floors and a maximum burial depth of 28.5m. It has 9 above ground floors and a total height of 37.0 meters. The building area is approximately 56000 square meters. The structural system is complex: the concrete cylinder is small, the structural span is large, and there are many conversion structures. The upper hotel floor is achieved through the cantilever function, with a large cantilever span and multiple floors. The building has multiple functions and restrictions, with low floor height and high demand for clear height.
地上结构采用四个钢板混凝土组合剪力墙筒体与四周向外悬挑桁架、内部转换钢桁架等组成的混合结构体系,主要竖向荷载均传递到建筑物四角均匀分布的四个混凝土核心筒上,圆满地实现了建筑功能需求。结构在2层至3层的位置设置了整层高的转换桁架支托其上的两层楼盖,桁架高4.2m,跨度约26m。
The above ground structure adopts a hybrid structural system composed of four steel plate concrete composite shear wall tubes, external overhanging trusses around them, and internal conversion steel trusses. The hollow truss has a 4-story height of 13m, with a span of 46.8m on the east and west sides and a height of 36.4m on the north and south sides; To ensure the seismic safety of the structure, a 1:16 scaled shaking table test was conducted, and elastic-plastic analysis was conducted using ABAQUS to ensure the safety and seismic performance of the structural system.

This project has carried out comfort design for large-span and large overhang areas, distributing pedestrian loads evenly on each floor. The vertical acceleration of each floor structure is analyzed to find the corresponding maximum acceleration position, and a mass tuning efficiency device (TMD) is installed near this position. After comparison, the TMD has a shock absorption rate of up to 79%, with a significant shock absorption effect. A series of analysis and research have been conducted on the main structure, including response spectrum analysis, elastic and elastic-plastic time history analysis, and comfort analysis of large-span floors, to ensure the reliability of the structure in daily use and earthquake action. Combined with shaking table tests, the vertical seismic response and rare earthquake performance of long cantilever and large-span structures were verified, and the results showed that the structural system is safe and reliable.

给排水、消防系统-技术特点
Water supply and drainage, fire protection system - technical characteristics
1)采用节能节水措施:市政给水入口设置总计量水表,嘉德、酒店给水系统单独设置,分设计量水表,各机房、厨房、冷却塔补水分设计量水表,控制末端用水点压力。
2)为节约用水,本项目设有中水处理、回用系统,对酒店的沐浴及盥洗废水进行回收,经处理后,回用于全楼公共卫生间冲厕及浇洒道路、绿化。
3) 中水处理流程:废水→机械格栅→储水池→三级生物氧化池→沉淀池→过滤、消毒、除味→中水贮存池→供水。中水处理后水质应达到中水A级标准。
4) 生活热水换热设备均设置于锅炉房侧换热站内,分别由各分区生活给水管道补水。生活热水各给水点压力超过0.2 MPa处设置减压装置以保证压力不超过0.2MPa。

4) The domestic hot water heat exchange equipment is set up in the heat exchange station on the side of the boiler room, and is replenished by the domestic water supply pipelines in each partition. Pressure reducing devices are installed at each water supply point of domestic hot water where the pressure exceeds 0.2 MPa to ensure that the pressure does not exceed 0.2 MPa.
