序：深空之下，热土之上——沈阳·环球金融中心，其以严肃之态矗立于沈阳最重要的城市轴线坐标上。而位于38楼的此处空间，该设计将以“致敬大师”为引，剖析艺术、感知生活，用物质来塑造新媒体时代下的多元化空间，回应经典，融入都市祈愿，演绎出一处独特的商务空间。

Preface: Under the deep sky and above the hot soil - Shenyang Global Financial Center stands with a serious attitude on the most important urban axis coordinates of Shenyang. Located on the 38th floor of this space, the design will be guided by "paying tribute to the master", analyzing art and perceiving life, using materials to shape a diverse space in the new media era, responding to classics, integrating urban prayers, and deducing a unique business space.

此案“解构”大师作品，对物质进行分析、拆解、重组，以全新的艺术形态迎合人的五感，把对现代科技、都市生活的“诘问”融合进空间内的材质、色彩之中，展示出一个活力且包容的现代文化场所，拒绝千篇一律，始终保持独立姿态。

This case "deconstructs" the master's work, analyzing, disassembling, and reassembling matter, catering to people's five senses with a new artistic form. It integrates the "questioning" of modern technology and urban life into the materials and colors of the space, showcasing a dynamic and inclusive modern cultural place, rejecting uniformity and always maintaining an independent posture.

Sales Center - Seeing the Art of Flow

The lines can burst out with deeper charm during the stacking process.

设计师受大师作品启发，以流动的曲线为出发点，通过细致严谨地叠化，将冰冷的物质材料变为抽象的形态，赋予销售中心接待厅艺术气质。

Inspired by master works, the designer takes flowing curves as the starting point and transforms cold material into abstract forms through meticulous and rigorous stacking, endowing the reception hall of the sales center with artistic temperament.

Reception Hall

接待厅的灯具宛如流动的星幕，指引人的对话；灰白色铺陈空间，符合人体工学的灰色座椅诉说空间的清冷自持。

The lighting fixtures in the reception hall are like flowing star curtains, guiding people's dialogue; The gray white paved space, in line with ergonomics, features gray seats that convey the coolness and self-sufficiency of the space.

洽谈区

Negotiation area

洽谈区通透明亮，软装清雅，摩登诺休闲桌椅套组架构简约，默默传递自然的温度，让温润感触手可及。

The negotiation area is transparent and bright, with elegant soft furnishings. The modern Nuo casual table and chair set structure is simple, silently conveying natural temperature, making the sense of warmth within reach.

落地窗前的艺术工艺品致敬雕塑大师，堆叠的隐喻，如同相连的楼层，在同一个立场中，触摸艺术的内涵。

The artistic handicrafts in front of the french window pay tribute to the sculptor. The stacked metaphors are like connected floors, touching the connotation of art in the same position.

水吧区

Shuiba District

水吧区通过不同形式的咖啡器皿陈列，从视觉、嗅觉及味觉多感官营造整体区域氛围咖啡壶:以泡冲法的方式、浓缩咖啡器、直桶形的浓缩咖啡器等。是咖啡文化的重要组成部分。

The water bar area displays coffee vessels in different forms, creating an overall regional atmosphere through visual, olfactory, and gustatory senses. Coffee pots are made by brewing, espresso dispensers, straight barrel espresso dispensers, etc. It is an important component of coffee culture.

销售中心深恰区的空间特点是时尚且简雅，布艺、皮革、大理石等材质与温和色彩相融，串联流动的线条与自然的肌理，营造出一个可供深度洽谈的场所，契合人的磁场，增强人与空间交互的体验。

The spatial characteristics of the sales center's Shenqia area are fashionable and elegant, with fabrics, leather, marble, and other materials blended with gentle colors, connecting flowing lines and natural textures, creating a place for deep negotiations, fitting people's magnetic field, and enhancing the experience of interaction between people and space.

自媒体时代下，生活如同像素块，物质内部的动力和能量在相互渗透，直至人们从中获得某种情感特质。

In the era of self media, life is like a block of pixels, where the internal dynamics and energy of matter permeate each other until people acquire a certain emotional trait from it.

办公室前厅

Office Front Office

在办公中心，每天有无数的数据和信息需要处理，因此，设计师试图创造出一个流动且包容的办公室前厅，承纳所有的价值观，让它们从这里开始自洽、生长、融合。

In the office center, there is countless amounts of data and information that need to be processed every day. Therefore, designers attempt to create a flowing and inclusive front office that embraces all values, allowing them to begin to harmonize, grow, and integrate from here.

社交中心

Social Center

办公区的社交中心通过少量硬质隔断，打造流动的空间姿态，光影的秩序感构筑出一个更加开放包容的空间，保持了视觉上的连通性，使人在自由穿梭的过程中可以感受到“场域”之间的相互影响。

The social center in the office area creates a flowing spatial posture through a small number of hard partitions, and the sense of order in light and shadow creates a more open and inclusive space, maintaining visual connectivity, allowing people to feel the mutual influence between "fields" during the free shuttle process.

Brain Storm 区

Brain Storm Area

移步办公区域的“Brain Storm”区，冷色系与暖色系在此处空间内对立存在，和谐共生，形成了一种微妙的空间情绪，满足分享与交流的欲望，让言语的碰撞带来勃勃生机。

Moving to the "Brain Storm" area of the office area, cool and warm colors coexist harmoniously in this space, creating a subtle spatial emotion that satisfies the desire for sharing and communication, bringing vitality to the collision of words.

水吧区

Shuiba District

办公区水吧区是“咖啡”的显化，原木色与醇厚的棕色相辅相成，让咖啡也能被“看见”。

The water bar area in the office area is a manifestation of "coffee", with a combination of log color and rich brown color, allowing coffee to be "seen" as well.

开放式的办公区自由，优秀的空间动线设计在不经意间引导人的路线，Ahrend桌和骑马椅的组合与流线灯带融汇一体，保持动态，使团队更具创造力，得到精神上的释放，让思想更加自由放松地游走。

The open office area is free, and excellent spatial dynamic design inadvertently guides people's routes. The combination of Ahrend table and riding chair and streamlined light strip integrate to maintain dynamics, making the team more creative, obtaining spiritual release, and allowing the mind to swim more freely and relaxed.

会议室

Meeting Room

会议室的设计不落窠臼，改造设计秉承事务所的核心理念，与当代办公空间“不设界限”的态度不谋而合，浅色木质整齐板正，又增加了些许庄严感。

The design of the conference room is unconventional, and the renovation design adheres to the core concept of the office, which coincides with the contemporary attitude of "no boundaries" in office space. The light colored wood is neat and upright, adding a touch of solemnity.

经理办公室

Manager's Office

经理办公室是独立的办公空间，充斥着人文和艺术元素，艺术挂画好似被自然的力量所渗透，以向外蔓延的造型在人的视线中展开，充分体现这处空间的矜贵格调。

The manager's office is an independent office space filled with humanistic and artistic elements. The artistic hanging paintings seem to be infiltrated by the power of nature, spreading out in a outwardly spreading shape in people's sight, fully reflecting the luxurious style of this space.

视线一转，被认为“世界上公认最舒服的椅子”静置其间，这款由约里奥 ·库卡波罗设计的作品卡路赛利椅（Karuselli）更以舒适的功能而被联合国产品管理组织评定为「20世纪最重要的99件设计」之一。大师的作品影响着整个空间的氛围，激励人们思考与创造，这也正是我们寄予这个空间的期望。

As his gaze turned, he was considered the "most comfortable chair in the world" and stood still. This Karuselli chair, designed by Yorio Kukapolo, was rated by the United Nations Product Management Organization as one of the "99 most important designs of the 20th century" for its comfortable function. The master's works influence the atmosphere of the entire space, inspiring people to think and create, which is exactly what we expect from this space.

巨大落地窗外，是“流动中的城市”，展现城市脉络，感受无边生气。

Outside the huge landing window, it is a "flowing city", showing the urban context and feeling boundless vitality.
