当建筑的技术层面发展到一定阶段时，社区营造便成为提高生活品质的新方向。温州一直有着“敢为天下先”人文特色，就如同那些敢于探索未知星辰大海的人。龙湖集团联合大家、坤和共同合作打造温州龙湖云创未来社区体验区，立足当下共同探寻理想的未来社区样式。

When the technical level of architecture reaches a certain stage, community building becomes a new direction to improve the quality of life. Wenzhou has always had the cultural characteristic of "daring to be the first in the world", just like those who dare to explore the unknown stars and the sea. Longhu Group collaborates with everyone and Kunhe to create the Wenzhou Longhu Yunchuang Future Community Experience Zone, exploring the ideal future community style based on the current situation.

此次项目的龙湖云创未来社区位于温州浙南科技城，是一座充满未来感的现代建筑，设计师利用玻璃作为主要构建元素，打造出内部空间的通透感与时尚的科技感，对外形成强烈的昭示，在商圈中形成别具一格的存在，也让室内的表达拥有更多的可能性。

The Longhu Yunchuang Future Community of this project is located in the Zhejiang South Science and Technology City of Wenzhou. It is a modern building full of futuristic elements. The designer uses glass as the main construction element to create a sense of transparency and fashionable technology in the internal space, forming a strong indication to the outside, creating a unique presence in the business district, and also allowing for more possibilities for indoor expression.

色彩与材质构建的空间语言

color & material construction

理想的未来当建立在科技之上，设计师以科技与未来为原点，提炼出“未知”“宇宙”“能量”的设计语言。同时，借鉴奥斯卡最佳视觉奖影片《沙丘》的艺术表达探寻形式与材料之间的关联，最终大胆的采用了色彩与材质两个中心元素构建全新空间秩序，创造理想的未来社区的样式。

The ideal future should be built on technology, and designers should use technology and the future as the starting point to extract the design language of "unknown", "universe", and "energy". At the same time, drawing on the artistic expression of the Oscar Best Visual Award film "Dune" to explore the relationship between form and material, the bold use of color and material as two central elements to construct a new spatial order and create an ideal future community style.

色彩上，整体选用大地色系中的橘棕色、米色搭配暖灰色，增加空间的温度感，增加生活化的气息，配合高亮的水晶玻璃和金属材质，提升整体空间的精致度和品质感。

In terms of color, orange brown and beige in the Earth tone color system are used in combination with warm gray to increase the temperature of the space, increase the flavor of life, and enhance the delicacy and quality of the overall space with highlighted crystal glass and metal materials.

材质上，大面积的石材与金属搭配，将原始与现代自然融汇在同一空间中，拉槽石材、透光石和金属水晶玻璃沙盘灯，层叠起伏的曲线造型仿若沙海沉浮。细节设计上，利用皮革的纹理和水晶的细腻产生的反差感，共同制造出超现实的体验，也将抽象的宇宙概念具像化，在现实之中相互映衬出超现代主义空间美感。

In terms of material, a large area of stone is paired with metal, blending primitive and modern nature into the same space. The grooved stone, translucent stone, and metal crystal glass sand table lamp, with a layered and undulating curve shape resembling the sinking and floating of a sand sea. In terms of detail design, the contrast created by the texture of leather and the delicacy of crystal are used to create a surreal experience, and abstract cosmic concepts are visualized, reflecting the beauty of postmodern space in reality.

移步沙盘区贯穿二层的时光通道，连接现在与未来，为未来时光带来无限遐想。

The time passage running through the second floor of the sand table area connects the present and the future, bringing infinite imagination to the future time.

故事与现实符号化聚焦未来主题

Symbolization of story & reality

灯灯作为龙湖集团孵化的一个人物IP具有极好的记忆点功能，设计师充分利用灯灯身上的人物特性，设计其不同核心空间的转场，串连起整个动线，在完成“灯灯的时空之旅”中实现了完整的未来城市生活场景展示。

As a character IP incubated by Longhu Group, Lantern has excellent memory point function. The designer fully utilizes the character characteristics of Lantern to design transitions in different core spaces, connecting the entire movement line, and achieving a complete display of urban life scenes in the completion of the "Lantern's Journey of Time and Space".

入口处穿越凹勘的灯灯向每一位来访者挥手致意，成为空间拍照打卡点。

The entrance passes through the recessed light and waves to every visitor, becoming a checkpoint for space photography.

不仅如此，设计师也有意将身处其中的观看者也作为整个未来社区中的一个重要元素，利用类似停靠在窗边的太空舱，桌面上挥手的小宇航员，与观看者之间形成沟通，来一场沉浸式互动的新鲜体验。

Not only that, the designer also intends to make the viewers in it an important element of the entire future community, using spacecraft docked at the window, small astronauts waving on the desktop, to form communication with the viewers and have a fresh experience of immersive interaction.

休息水吧区承载接待和休憩功能，大比例直线条与球形玻璃灯具形成极简的后现代风格，月球元素与未来主题相得益彰。

The rest water bar area carries reception and rest functions, with a large proportion of straight bars and spherical glass lamps forming a minimalist postmodern style, and the moon element complements the future theme.

vip室被设计为庄重而舒适的私密的空间，以满足日常更为私人的活动场所的需求。

The VIP room is designed as a solemn and comfortable private space to meet the needs of more private activities in daily life.

此外，本次设计也将橱窗作为重要的展示空间，利用天空树银色金属底部加发光灯环设计成悬浮树样式，置于光线充足、场域通透开阔的室内空间中，打造出极具未来感的室内森林。

In addition, this design also takes the display window as an important display space, using the silver metal bottom of the Sky Tree and a luminous light ring to design a floating tree style, placed in a well lit and open indoor space, creating a futuristic indoor forest.

灯灯、阳光、绿植、昆虫，这些符号化的现实人文象征与科技空间交融，创造一个跨越时空的未来世界，也消解了科技的冷酷、宇宙的荒芜，为未来披上了人文的温度。

Lights, sunlight, green plants, insects, these symbolic symbols of reality and humanities blend with technological space to create a future world that spans time and space. They also dispel the coldness of technology and the desolation of the universe, providing a humanistic warmth for the future.

未来社区新一代的住宅

Residential communities in the future

当建筑技术发展到成熟，社区的营造成为提高生活品质的重点，未来社区应运而生。是以社区生活圈为单元来构建社区系统，相应的生活设施配置更为科学、系统和有效。基于这样的理念，设计师通过对当地非遗文化的挖掘，依托展览、授课、体验等多种形式组合，引发人们对传统文化的兴趣。

As building technology matures and community building becomes a key focus on improving quality of life, future communities emerge. It is to construct a community system based on the community living circle as a unit, and the corresponding living facilities are more scientific, systematic, and effective. Based on this concept, designers stimulate people's interest in traditional culture by exploring local intangible cultural heritage and combining various forms such as exhibitions, lectures, and experiences.

通往样板间的楼梯间，垂坠的形水晶灯具和动态姿势的雕塑，打破规矩的纵深感，激活空间灵动。

The staircase leading to the sample room features pendant shaped crystal lighting fixtures and dynamic sculptures, breaking the rules and activating the spatial agility.

制香、瓯绣、塑造文化空间

同时融入休息功能空间，如阅读角、咖啡馆、主题聚会屋，串连起社交、娱乐、服务等多功能社区，将实用性和未来感发挥到极致，打造出理想的新一代住宅社区的范式。

Simultaneously integrating rest functional spaces, such as reading corners, cafes, themed gathering rooms, connecting multifunctional communities such as social, entertainment, and services, maximizing practicality and futuristic feel, creating an ideal paradigm for a new generation of residential communities.

阅读分享区，设置了可灵活改变摆放形式的座椅，形成一个开放、互动的交流空间，可以在此举行小型分享会，搭建小剧场。

The reading sharing area has seats that can be flexibly arranged to form an open and interactive communication space, where small sharing meetings can be held and a small theater can be built.
