本案是靳朝晖设计为龙湖成都三千云锦量身打造的两套样板间，设计师以轻奢美学为依托，充分思量每一寸空间，诠释出专属当代品质进阶人群的生活方式。

This case is two sample rooms designed by Jin Chaohui and tailored for the 3000 Yunjin in Longhu Chengdu. The designer relies on the light luxury aesthetics, fully considering every inch of space, and interpreting the lifestyle of the exclusive contemporary high-quality advanced crowd.

DRAWING ROOM

从自然的原始基因中提炼空间色彩，黑、白、灰点缀其中，配以木质、金属、皮革相融的家具，从而呈现出多层次的材质细节。

Extracting spatial colors from the original genes of nature, embellishing them with black, white, and gray, complemented by furniture that blends wood, metal, and leather, presenting multi-level material details.

而大理石的运用，提升了空间的整体质感，随性洒脱的纹路与精致的软装相呼应，为开阔的视野点亮野性的光辉，迸发出奢雅、大气的空间张力。

The use of marble enhances the overall texture of the space, and the casual and carefree patterns echo the exquisite soft decoration, illuminating the wildness of the open field of vision and unleashing a luxurious and atmospheric spatial tension.

阳台

BALCONY

带着这一启发，设计师将阳台引入客厅。通过整面玻璃墙的设计形式，让阳光可以充分地游弋于室内每处角落，静坐窗边，感知四季，光影交叠，倾诉怡然美好的理想生活。

With this inspiration, the designer introduced the balcony into the living room. Through the design form of the entire glass wall, sunlight can fully roam every corner of the room, sit by the window, perceive the four seasons, overlap light and shadow, and pour out a happy and beautiful ideal life.

餐厨

KITCHEN

客餐厨一体化，冲破墨守成规的印象，使空间之间相互独立，却能连为一体。并聚焦人与人的交互性与行为习惯的流畅性，用细节构筑人居新体验。

The integration of guest dining and kitchen breaks through the impression of convention, making the spaces independent of each other but able to connect as one. And focus on the interaction between people and the fluency of behavioral habits, constructing a new living experience with details.

另外，本案着眼于精细化的收纳艺术，通过科学的动线布局，完善的功能规划、足量的收纳空间，重新塑造几何秩序美学，而大理石餐桌作为与客厅空间分割的隔断，又与其交相呼应，配上线性元素的软装修饰，高雅而精致。

In addition, this case focuses on refined storage art, reshaping geometric order aesthetics through scientific dynamic layout, comprehensive functional planning, and sufficient storage space. The marble dining table, as a partition separating from the living room space, complements it with soft decoration of linear elements, making it elegant and exquisite.

主卧

MASTER BEDROOM

城市喧嚣，人们向往回归纯粹的家居生活。为此，主卧在设计上运用质感沉稳的大地色系，调动出朴素熟悉的温度感，使空间达到一种近乎平衡的舒适，局部挑以金属元素，增添了一抹低调华丽的时尚感。

The city is bustling, and people yearn to return to pure home life. To this end, the master bedroom is designed with a stable texture and earth color scheme, mobilizing a simple and familiar sense of temperature, achieving a nearly balanced and comfortable space. Metal elements are selected locally, adding a touch of understated and luxurious fashion sense.

同时巧用绿植与装饰画，形成一虚一实的灵动效果，让整个房间更具生命力。

Simultaneously using green plants and decorative paintings to create a dynamic effect of virtual and real, making the entire room more vibrant.

书房

STUDY

书房，以现代的设计手法诠释古典的高雅韵味。桌椅、摆件、吊灯，每个物品都带着独特的复古气息，在穿插交织的碰撞中，营造出高低错落的美感层次。

The study interprets the classical and elegant charm with modern design techniques. Tables and chairs, decorations, chandeliers, and each item carries a unique retro atmosphere, creating a staggered aesthetic hierarchy amidst intertwined collisions.

辅以硬朗的色系和极具现代感的线性美学，彰显现代时尚调性的同时，又能让人沉浸于岁月流逝的痕迹之中。

Accompanied by a strong color scheme and a highly modern linear aesthetic, it highlights the modern fashion tone while also allowing people to immerse themselves in the traces of time passing.

儿童房

CHILDREN ROOM

男孩房的设计充满了奇思妙想，并为实现更高级的空间趣味，将音乐元素融入了空间，力求在简约美学的视角之上，展开一个能够丰盈梦想的童趣之地。

The design of the boy's room is full of imaginative ideas, and in order to achieve a higher level of spatial fun, music elements are integrated into the space, striving to develop a childlike land that can enrich dreams from a minimalist aesthetic perspective.

老人房

ARCHAIC ROOM

老人房摒弃繁杂的修饰，采用端正稳重的配色，结合精巧的陈设，质感典雅，氛围从容。

The elderly room abandons complicated decorations and adopts a dignified and stable color scheme, combined with exquisite furnishings, with an elegant texture and a calm atmosphere.

通过不同材质的碰撞，饱含生机又不失禅谧。融入简练的中式符号元素，让空间更显品味与价值。

Through the collision of different materials, it is full of vitality without losing Zen tranquility. Incorporating concise Chinese symbol elements, making the space more tasteful and valuable.

DRAWING ROOM

本案采用白灰作为主基色，放眼望去，暖白中氤氲着朦胧的灰，在简约利落的硬装下温润不失。再注入内敛的蓝和深邃的黑，碰撞出别具一格的家居雅调。

This case uses white gray as the main base color, and when viewed from afar, the warm white is shrouded in hazy gray, which is warm and moist under the simple and neat hard decoration. Injecting introverted blue and deep black, it collides with a unique home decor.

大理石茶几呼应纹理肆意的墙面，形成松弛有度的和谐整体，局部面积的金属光面，折射出冷淡优雅氛围，静坐其间，感知精致美学的生活态度。

The marble coffee table echoes the arbitrary texture of the wall surface, forming a relaxed and harmonious whole. The metal smooth surface of local areas reflects a cold and elegant atmosphere. Sitting quietly during this time, one can feel the exquisite aesthetic of life attitude.

客厅阳台

DRAWING ROOM

客厅阳台一体设计，大大增加了室内面积。而全景落地窗扩展视觉的同时，让阳光可以自由地穿梭于窗帘的微隙，阳光正暖，斜卧慵懒，一杯咖啡，几本书，就此看尽光影之中的诗意绵邈。

The integrated design of the living room and balcony greatly increases the indoor area. While the panoramic floor to ceiling window expands the visual experience, it allows sunlight to freely shuttle through the slight gaps of the curtains. The sunlight is warm, and you lie lazily on your side. With a cup of coffee and a few books, you can fully appreciate the poetic beauty amidst the light and shadow.

而木质的装饰柜，仿若一件可以凸显阳台独立性的艺术单品，在其间摆放心爱收藏，赋予了空间更多的层次感。

The wooden decorative cabinet, like an art piece that can highlight the independence of the balcony, is placed between beloved collections, giving the space a more layered sense.

餐厨

KITCHEN

石墨色的餐椅沉稳低调，营造出轻复古的氛围，一面明镜，正上演着至臻生活，绽放每一次舒适的用餐时光。

The graphite colored dining chair is calm and low-key, creating a light retro atmosphere. With a bright mirror, it is showcasing the ultimate life, blooming every comfortable dining time.

主卧

MASTER BEDROOM

主卧延续了客餐厅的配色方案，辅以金属元素，在一片平和的暖调中，将卧室的生活气息与艺术质感完美呈现。

The master bedroom continues the color scheme of the guest restaurant, supplemented by metal elements, perfectly presenting the living atmosphere and artistic texture of the bedroom in a peaceful and warm atmosphere.

顶天立地的衣帽间，收纳功能清晰明朗，床尾的梳妆台简约淡雅，二者结合，竟将轻奢与舒适精妙平衡，流淌出对生活细节的每一分热爱。

The towering cloakroom has clear and clear storage functions, while the dressing table at the end of the bed is simple and elegant. The combination of the two perfectly balances luxury and comfort, exuding every love for life details.

女孩房

GIRLS ROOM

女孩房以白色为基调，注入温润的桃红色制造了一种柔和、朦胧的甜蜜氛围，同时缀以俏皮的黑色波浪线，在静态的视觉中，仿佛一场跳脱活泼的表演。

The girl's room is based on white, infused with a warm peach red color to create a soft and hazy sweet atmosphere, while adorned with playful black wavy lines. In a static visual experience, it feels like a lively performance of jumping off.

生动可爱装饰物为孩子带来了更多的想象力，在多几何图元素的秩序延展下，悄然完成情感蓄势。

Vivid and cute decorations bring more imagination to children, quietly completing emotional accumulation under the extension of the order of multiple geometric elements.

STUDY

用定制驾驭自由和浪漫，展开一场通往精神世界的冒险。书架以虚实合一的体块感呈现，虽一览无余，但内涵充盈，相异的色调横纵交错，演绎灵动随性之美。伴随着喜爱的音乐，在此处尽情享受心灵的沉淀。

Control freedom and romance with customization, embark on an adventure leading to the spiritual world. The bookshelf is presented with a sense of integration of virtual and real blocks, although it can be seen at a glance, it is full of connotation, with different color tones alternating horizontally and vertically, demonstrating the beauty of flexibility and ease.
