Jingning is subordinate to Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. It is a famous "old revolutionary base county" and "hometown of hydropower in rural China".

景宁，位于浙江西南部、洞宫山脉中段，属浙南中山区。洞宫山脉自西南向东北斜贯，山峰耸立，千米以上山峰近800座。地形复杂，地势由西南向东北渐倾。地貌以深切割山地为主，发源于洞宫山脉的瓯江支流小溪，自西南向东北贯穿全境，将县境分为南北两部分，形成两岸宽约124.6公里的狭长带，构成了“九山半水半分田”和“两山夹一水，众壑闹飞流”的地貌格局。境内海拔高低悬殊，最高的大漈乡海拔1020米，最低的陈村乡海拔80米。海拔高度悬殊，气候垂直差异明显。

Jingning, located in the southwest of Zhejiang and the middle of Donggong mountain range, belongs to the middle mountain area of southern Zhejiang. Donggong mountain range runs diagonally from southwest to northeast, with nearly 800 peaks above 1000 meters. The terrain is complex, and the terrain gradually inclines from southwest to northeast. The landform is dominated by deep cutting mountains. The Oujiang tributary stream, which originates from the Donggong mountains, runs through the whole territory from southwest to northeast, dividing the county into North and south parts, forming a narrow and long belt with a width of 124.6 kilometers on both sides, forming a geomorphic pattern of "nine mountains, half water, half farmland" and "two mountains with one water, and many gullies with flying streams". The altitude in the territory varies widely, with the highest Dachen township at 1020 meters and the lowest Chencun township at 80 meters. There are great differences in altitude and obvious vertical differences in climate.

景宁是全国唯一的畲族自治县，畲族是凤凰山的土著居民。“畲”字来历甚古，原义火耕。南宋末年，史书出现畲民人(she与畲同音，意在山间搭棚居住)的族称。畲族人性格淳朴开朗，游耕的生活让他们与自然的关系更加紧密和谐。建筑多依山傍水，受民族习惯和宗教礼仪的影响，在强调家族亲密度的前提下，形成了独特的户户相连相互融合的排屋建筑风格。畲族有特色的夯土“泥间”建筑以适应本族生活特点。建筑构造手法和汉族的抬梁式大致相同，都以木材作为构架。畲族的山地住宅建筑色彩十分朴素，素木黑瓦基本没有墙面装饰，建筑装饰手法基本以木雕为主，雕工十分精美。

Jingning is the only she Autonomous County in China, and the She nationality is the indigenous people of Fenghuang mountain. The word "she" has a very ancient origin, and its original meaning is huogeng. In the late Southern Song Dynasty, the ethnic name of She people (she is homonymous with she, intended to build a shed to live in the mountains) appeared in historical books. The She nationality has a simple and cheerful personality, and the nomadic life makes their relationship with nature more close and harmonious. The buildings are mostly close to mountains and rivers. Influenced by national habits and religious rituals, under the premise of emphasizing family intimacy, a unique townhouse architectural style of connecting and integrating households has been formed. The She nationality has its own rammed earth "mud room" buildings to adapt to the characteristics of their own life. The architectural construction method is roughly the same as the beam lifting method of the Han nationality, both of which use wood as the framework. The mountain residential buildings of the She nationality are very simple in color. There is basically no wall decoration with plain wood and black tiles. The architectural decoration technique is basically wood carving, and the carving is very exquisite.

本项目构思来源于千峡湖，结合项目的整体定位，我们创作了一个高品质的以“景观”和“旅游”为生态休闲的综合体。从项目的区位价值、旅游价值、景观价值三方面入手进行系统分析，用城市生态可持续发展的眼光，创造多方共赢的局面。

The idea of this project comes from qianxia lake. Combined with the overall positioning of the project, we have created a high-quality complex with "landscape" and "tourism" as ecological leisure. Start with the location value, tourism value and landscape value of the project, and create a win-win situation with the vision of urban ecological sustainable development.

在设计过程中，通过对地块的踏勘和研究分析发现，项目场地地形比较复杂，场地高差大，坡度较陡。为减少土方开挖和填埋，根据地形变化，采用高挖低填方式，依山就势。合理设置酒店主体、酒店式公寓、生态养生酒店、管理用房和办公楼，以最合理的布置方式将建筑错落有致的布置在地块中，充分利用周边环境资源，营造一个环境优美，管理便捷，富有畲族特色的现代化的高品生态旅游景区，并体现“亲、善、美”的和谐宗旨。

During the design process, through the survey, research and analysis of the plot, it is found that the terrain of the project site is relatively complex, the height difference of the site is large, and the slope is steep. In order to reduce earth excavation and landfilling, the method of high excavation and low filling is adopted according to the topographic changes, and the mountain is in line with the situation. Reasonably set up the main body of the hotel, serviced apartments, ecological health hotels, management rooms and office buildings, arrange the buildings in the plot in the most reasonable way, make full use of the surrounding environmental resources, create a modern high-quality eco-tourism scenic spot with beautiful environment, convenient management and rich she characteristics, and embody the harmonious purpose of "kindness, kindness and beauty".
