三阳湿地生态园，泰兴/规划

该项目位于江苏省泰兴市。泰兴市地处长江三角洲，江苏省苏中平原南部，是国务院最早批准的沿江开放城市之一、长江走廊上一座新兴的滨江工贸城市。江苏省级生态文明村——三阳村，是一个具有千年历史的古村，位于泰兴市南三环南侧，紧邻泰兴市城南居住、商业片区。规划中的高端生态旅游区占地1000亩，紧邻南三环。三阳湿地生态园是打造三阳特色村的第一步。

The planned high-end eco-tourism area covers an area of 1000 mu, close to the South Third Ring Road. Sanyang wetland ecological park is the first step to build Sanyang characteristic village.

从总体规划入手,将节约生态园林理念应用到公园的规划设计中。利用原有地形地貌、河道及植被,；实行“生态优先”的原则,最大限度地保护园内原有绿化植被。从规划建设的各环节入手,全面落实建设节约型生态园林的各项技术。充分利用原有园内基址的表层土壤,满足绿化种植需要；按照节约型、生态化的原则实行植物配置,采用自然式的植物栽植形式；应用生态法净化景观水体。打造成原生态、多功能、高端旅游湿地生态园区。以湿地生态为主，适当增加科普教育、旅游、休闲、文化活动，丰富湿地生态园的功能。形成集养生、休闲、旅游、教育、商务会议、餐饮、文化宣传等为一体的特色度假村。

三阳湿地生态园是以湿地良好生态环境和多样化湿地景观资源为基础，以湿地的科普宣教、湿地功能利用、弘扬湿地文化等为主题，并建有一定规模的旅游休闲设施，可供人们旅游观光、休闲娱乐的生态型主题公园。不同于一般类型的公园，三阳湿地生态园类似于小型保护区，但较于保护区又有些许差别。它是集自然生态保护、生态观光休闲、生态科普教育、湿地研究等多方面于一体的典型生态型公园，湿地生态园的开发建设具有较高的综合价值，也是目前解决湿地开发与保护问题的行之有效的途径之一。
