Shanghai Senlan Waigaoqiao urban complex is a comprehensive project covering multiple plots, including offices, businesses, hotels, serviced apartments, and supermarkets. As a land parcel with the largest area and capacity in the urban complex, the project is located on the west side of the urban complex, close to the urban trunk road. It is the gateway of the whole urban complex and the landmark of the region, striving to create a unique high-quality green landmark image.

呼应上位规划对于建筑形态的控制（D1-4地块标志性建筑群应采取退台跌落式),项目建筑设计以流水与岩石来作为设计语汇，顺应基地契形平面统筹，在体块造型上采用了两个弧形塔楼座落在一个连续弧线裙房上，裙房体块沿湖面中插入了五个盒子，寓意岩石，增加了商业延展面的丰富性；两个裙房体块以中间退台形式相望，为洲海路至中央湖面留出了景观轴线，构成了森兰地块的“门户”形象。

Echoing the control of the upper level planning on the architectural form (the landmark building group of plot D1-4 should adopt the platform falling type), < strong > the architectural design of the project takes water and rock as the design vocabulary, conforms to the overall planning of the base wedge plane, and adopts two arc tower seats on a continuous arc podium in the shape of the block. The podium block is inserted with five boxes along the lake, implying rocks, which increases the richness of the commercial extension surface; The two podium blocks face each other in the form of retreating in the middle, leaving a landscape axis for Zhouhai road to the central lake, forming the "portal" image of Senlan plot.

立面以流水为主题，在形态与空间上赋予场地更多的变化，同时流水的寓意带给人繁荣与愉悦的情感体验。座落在上海这一长江三角洲平原上生长起来的城市，这一森兰门户，作为江海之滨的流金之洲，留下了财富，孕育新的希望，新的生机，新的篇章。

The facade takes water as the theme, giving the site more changes in form and space. At the same time, the implication of water brings people a prosperous and pleasant emotional experience. Located in Shanghai, a city growing up on the plain of the Yangtze River Delta, this Senlan gateway, as a golden continent by the river and sea, has left wealth and bred new hope, new vitality and new chapters.

项目所处区位拥有有极好的绿化资源，用地范围内积极营造宜人的建筑绿化景观，通过种植绿色植物绿化空间，塑造生态氛围，建筑设计上局部增加立体绿化、屋顶花园，提供宜人的环境，实现可持续发展。由于基地用地紧张，绿化主要沿建筑周边布置，以求争取最大限度的绿化面积。

The location where the project is located has excellent greening resources. Within the land scope, we actively create a pleasant building greening landscape. By planting green plants to greening the space, we create an ecological atmosphere. In the architectural design, we locally add three-dimensional greening and roof gardens to provide a pleasant environment and achieve sustainable development. Due to the shortage of land for the base, greening is mainly arranged around the building in order to strive for the maximum greening area.

沿袭森兰总体建筑规划理念，立面造型与幕墙设计以流水为主题，强调流动感与通透性，与滨水的景观完美结合，裙房与塔楼相互协调又富于变化。塔楼立面强调水平动线，上下起伏变化的纹理赋予立面流水般的动感。

Following the overall architectural planning concept of Senlan, the facade modeling and curtain wall design take the flowing water as the theme, emphasizing the dynamic flow and permeability, which are perfectly combined with the waterfront landscape, and the podium and tower are coordinated and rich in changes. The facade of the tower emphasizes the horizontal moving line, and the undulating texture gives the facade a sense of flowing water.

裙房正立大面积的玻璃幕墙如流水般晶莹剔透, 并穿插不同肌理与材质的小盒子，虚实结合，相应成趣，空间环境丰富灵活，视觉效果独特大气。

The podium is standing upright, and the large-area glass curtain wall is as crystal clear as water, and interspersed with small boxes of different textures and materials. The combination of virtual and real makes it interesting. The space environment is rich and flexible, and the visual effect is unique and atmospheric.

裙房背立面同样以水平横向分割，金属材质为主的带状立面与广告灯箱相结合，光影变化丰富而不失整体性。

The back facade of the podium is also divided horizontally, and the strip facade mainly made of metal is combined with the advertising light box, with rich light and shadow changes without losing integrity.

商业裙房注重立面的通透性，在利用自然采光的同时，将室内环境与室外景观融为一体，针对自贸区的贸易活动的独特性。

In the layout, the unique 18 meter deep large bay store is combined with the traditional boutique to provide a more flexible, comfortable and rich indoor and outdoor environment for business activities. The high-end office space is equipped with a beautiful outdoor landscape platform to stimulate the creativity of employees.

为了将室外景观引入室内，更为了将人流吸引入商业空间，在裙房中部及南部创造了两个四层通高的大跨度（14米跨度）商业门厅。

In order to introduce the outdoor landscape into the interior and attract the flow of people into the commercial space, two four story long-span (14 meter span) commercial halls have been created in the middle and south of the podium.

The full glass curtain wall captures the natural light and outdoor landscape indoors. In particular, the "family bucket" with the inverted cone shape of the inclined column on the south side has become the symbol and visual highlight of the entire Senlan portal business complex. It reflects the perfect integration and application of steel structure and concrete system.
