佛山中海云麓公馆位于中国广东省佛山市龙江镇，是一个高层住宅社区，业主多为本地居民，景观面积为70,000平方米。

 

Foshan Zhonghai Yunlu mansion is located in Longjiang Town, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China. It is a high-rise residential community. Most of the owners are local residents, with a landscape area of 70000 square meters.

 

 

佛山是广府文化的腹地，广府园林是中国古典园林三大流派之一，以传统住宅庭院为主要代表形式，具有求实兼蓄、精巧秀丽的特征，其造园思想对现代社区景观设计有很强的借鉴意义。

 

Foshan is the hinterland of Guangfu culture. Guangfu garden is one of the three major schools of Chinese classical gardens. Taking the traditional residential courtyard as the main representative form, it has the characteristics of being realistic and reserved, exquisite and beautiful. Its gardening thought has a strong reference for the landscape design of modern communities.

 

 

佛山中海云麓公馆从自然、人文、生活三个维度分析，采用六个景观策略，将传统广府园林的精髓与现代生活方式有机结合，设计适合于现代广府人居住的社区景观，建立人与自然、传统与现代、生活与美学之间的和谐关系，以期营造一个可持续发展的、能够焕发持久生命力的人居环境。

 

From the three dimensions of nature, humanity and life, Foshan Zhonghai Yunlu mansion adopts six landscape strategies, organically combines the essence of traditional Guangfu gardens with modern lifestyle, designs community landscape suitable for modern Guangfu people, and establishes harmonious relations between man and nature, tradition and modernity, life and aesthetics, in order to create a sustainable living environment that can radiate lasting vitality.

 

 

围合式组团花园

佛山云麓公馆景观设计重构传统广府园林布局，以组团花园作为景观单元，在每个组团花园中，住宅入户空间、架空层、景观构筑物以及景墙等空间要素围绕中间的花园布置。

 

Enclosed group Garden

The landscape design of Yunlu mansion in Foshan reconstructs the layout of the traditional Guangfu garden, taking the cluster garden as the landscape unit. In each cluster garden, the residential entry space, overhead floors, landscape structures, landscape walls and other spatial elements are arranged around the middle garden.

 

 

这种布局方式有两个优点：第一，建筑与园林融为一体，住宅入户空间与架空层是建筑内部与户外空间的过渡，让业主走出家门就可以感受自然带来的愉悦感。第二，传统园林以水景为景观中心，观赏性大于功能性，空间较为局促；在组团花园中利用开阔草坪、活动平台等取代水庭，使空间更加开敞通透、提高使用率及参与性，满足现代社区生活需求。

 

This layout has two advantages: first, the building is integrated with the garden. The residential entry space and the overhead floor are the transition between the internal and outdoor space of the building, so that owners can feel the pleasure brought by nature when they go out of the house. Second, traditional gardens take waterscape as the landscape center, which is more ornamental than functional, and the space is relatively limited; In the group garden, open lawns and activity platforms are used to replace the water court, making the space more open and transparent, improving the utilization rate and participation, and meeting the needs of modern community life.

 

多层次的空间体验

借鉴传统广府园林的紧凑布局，设计师在佛山中海云麓公馆的每个组团花园中穿插不同类型的小庭院空间，最大程度增加空间层次和居民的使用体验。

 

Multi level space experience

Drawing on the compact layout of the traditional Guangfu garden, the designer interspersed different types of small courtyard spaces in each group garden of Foshan Zhonghai Yunlu mansion to maximize the level of space and the use experience of residents.

 

 

在三个互相连接的组团花园中，串联了9个不同特色的庭院空间，每一个小庭院都是中国自然山水的缩影，包括：登亭远眺、高山听泉、临湖赏月、相聚一堂、巨石盆景、庭院戏泉、台地观林、以及山林漫步。这些小庭院形成一个空间序列，高低错落、疏密有致，层次丰富、体验多元。

 

In the three interconnected group gardens, nine courtyard spaces with different characteristics are connected in series. Each small courtyard is the epitome of China's natural landscape, including: overlooking the pavilion, listening to the spring on the high mountain, watching the moon near the lake, gathering together, giant stone bonsai, courtyard spring play, platform forest view, and mountain forest walking. These small courtyards form a spatial sequence, with scattered heights and density, rich levels and diverse experiences.

 

格调与细节

项目延续了广府园林朴实的格调，在场地中植入地域特征与人文情怀。而在细节的打造上，则采用现代的设计手法和施工工艺。无园不石、手法多样，以石代山，意蕴深邃，借鉴广府园林的置石技巧，在手法上进行创新，在项目中多处设置叠石造景，或临水叠石、或孤石成峰，丰富了园区的山水意境。

 

Style and detail

The project continues the simple style of Guangfu garden and embeds regional characteristics and humanistic feelings in the site. In terms of details, modern design techniques and construction techniques are adopted. There are no stones in the garden, and there are various techniques. Using stones instead of mountains has profound implications. Drawing on the stone setting techniques of Guangfu garden, we innovate in techniques. In many places of the project, we set stone stacking for landscaping, or stacking stones near the water, or boulders into peaks, which enriches the landscape artistic conception of the park.

 

 

在院内景观构筑物中点缀陶狮、坐凳及花窗等彩陶小品，体现了佛山彩陶的艺术造诣，不负佛山“南国陶都”的美誉，既提升了社区的审美品位，又起到画龙点睛的作用。

 

Decorated with painted pottery sketches such as pottery lions, benches and flower windows in the landscape structures in the hospital, it reflects the artistic attainments of Foshan painted pottery, and does not live up to the reputation of Foshan as the "ceramic capital of southern China", which not only improves the aesthetic taste of the community, but also plays a role of finishing the point.

 

适应自然气候

为应对佛山的炎热气候，此项目采用了四项设计策略，应对炎热潮湿的气候特点。

 

Adapt to natural climate

In order to cope with the hot climate in Foshan, the project adopts four design strategies to cope with the hot and humid climate.

 

 

首先，广府地区夏季主要风向为东南风，可利用夏季风降温防潮，将建筑沿东南方向横向排布，将风引入小区花园；花园布局开敞通透，植物种植疏朗，可最大程度利用夏季穿堂风对小区微环境进行调节。

 

First of all, the main wind direction in Guangfu area in summer is the southeast wind. The summer wind can be used to cool and damp the buildings horizontally along the southeast direction and introduce the wind into the community garden; The layout of the garden is open and transparent, and the plants are sparsely planted, which can maximize the use of summer ventilation to adjust the micro environment of the community.

 

第二，佛山所在华南区域高温多雨，植物生长茂盛，种类繁多；植物配置多选择茂盛葱郁的本地乔木，包括人面子，秋枫，香樟等，树冠直径可达4-5米，阴影面积可覆盖32%户外空间，可有效遮阴降温。

 

Second, the South China region where Foshan is located is hot and rainy, with lush plant growth and a wide variety of plants; Lush and lush local trees, including human face, autumn maple, Cinnamomum camphora, etc., are often selected for plant configuration. The diameter of the crown can reach 4-5 meters, and the shadow area can cover 32% of the outdoor space, which can effectively shade and cool down.

 

第三，园区内设置多种类型水景，有点状涌泉、有潺潺溪流，还有开阔湖面，可达到较好的降温降噪效果，同时为业主提供戏水观景的空间。

最后，广府地区冬季时长较短，虽有个别年份出现霜冻天气，但基本属于干季、降雨较少，晴好天气多，光照充足；园中设置多处开阔草坪，可供业主在冬季享受阳光浴。

设计过程中，既考虑了可观、可玩、可停、可游的多功能复合空间，又有针对不同年龄段人群活动的专属空间，设计师用心打造每个功能空间的设计细节，尽可能实现便利性和人性化。这些活动空间的设计提高了人与人、人与自然的互动频率，基于公共空间的复合功能，激活社区运营、恢复邻里关系、共建安全和谐的居住环境。

 

Community life generator

In the design process, we not only consider the multi-functional composite space that is observable, playable, stopping and touring, but also the exclusive space for people of different ages. The designer carefully creates the design details of each functional space to achieve convenience and humanization as much as possible. The design of these activity spaces improves the interaction frequency between people, people and nature. Based on the composite function of public space, it activates community operation, restores neighborhood relations, and builds a safe and harmonious living environment.
