保利春湖国际生态城，距昆明市区20公里，依山傍水，风景宜人。

初见春湖是在2018年秋。天朗气清，阳光喜人，赤红土壤映衬着清澈蓝天，周边葱郁的草木肆意生长，满目是令人动容的西南部高原的野趣生命力，它的美是粗粝遒劲、不拘一格。就这样，将场地给我们的感动传递出来成为我们的初衷。

 

Spring Lake was first seen in the autumn of 2018. The sky is clear, the sun is pleasant, the red soil sets off the clear blue sky, the surrounding lush vegetation grows wantonly, and the eyes are full of the wild vitality of the touching southwest plateau. Its beauty is rough, vigorous and informal. In this way, it is our original intention to convey the impact of the venue to us.

设计团队因地制宜，挖掘当地特色，用仿生、律动、交织和层次等设计语言，创造属于春城特有的山林生活，建立人与山与水的对话，将日常活动融进绿色土地，消弭人与自然的距离。

 

The design team adapts measures to local conditions, excavates local characteristics, and uses bionic, rhythmic, interwoven and hierarchical design languages to create a unique mountain and forest life in spring city, establish a dialogue between people and mountains and water, integrate daily activities into the green land, and eliminate the distance between people and nature.

本案由一个展示区及一个亲子主题乐园构成，从“为儿童营造幸福生活空间”出发，由社区延伸至社会，既为儿童友好型社区助力，也为打造亲子度假型商业综合体添砖加瓦。

 

This case is composed of an exhibition area and a parent-child theme park. Starting from "creating a happy living space for children", it extends from the community to the society, which not only helps the child friendly community, but also contributes to the building of a parent-child vacation business complex.

 

 

 

怡然入境

红壤是当地的特色资源，园区入口处层叠的红色耐候钢挡墙是设计团队对场地红壤的应和，它会随时间的推移而改变颜色，如同土壤的自然演化。

 

Red soil is a local characteristic resource. The red weathering steel retaining wall stacked at the entrance of the park is the response of the design team to the red soil of the site. It will change its color over time, just like the natural evolution of soil.

从外部道路进入场地，设计团队希望这段路程是心情转换的前调。沿着蜿蜒向上的竹林坡道，林荫遮挡些许光，经一番沉淀，抵达竹林的尽头便豁然开朗，眺望湖光山色，一片好风光。

 

Entering the site from the external road, the design team hopes that this journey is the top note of mood change. Along the winding upward bamboo ramp, the shade blocks a little light. After some precipitation, it will suddenly open at the end of the bamboo forest, overlooking the lakes and mountains, a good scenery.

 

 

与此同时，轻松休闲的展示区商业街与童真活泼的飞行日记乐园也呈现眼前，昭示着丰富的游玩体验。热闹的场地与安静的竹道形成鲜明对比。

 

At the same time, the relaxed and leisure exhibition area, the commercial street and the childlike and lively Flight Diary paradise are also present, indicating a rich experience of travel. The lively site is in sharp contrast to the quiet bamboo road.

展示区景观呼应昆明的野性之美，意在创造一种野趣。入口处营造诗意花海，并结合现场丰富的高差，设计现代的跌级种植池，搭配各色层叠的阶梯借喻潺潺叠水。

 

The landscape of the exhibition area echoes the wild beauty of Kunming and is intended to create a kind of wild interest. A poetic sea of flowers is created at the entrance. In combination with the rich elevation difference on the site, a modern step down planter is designed, which is matched with colorful cascading stairs to symbolize the gurgling water.

 

 

一个富有张力的特色雕塑如同一艘小白船驶入花海……置身于各色观赏草与绚烂时花中，光影之美，不舍雨晴。

 

A characteristic sculpture full of tension is like a small white boat sailing into the sea of flowers... In the midst of all kinds of ornamental grass and gorgeous flowers, the beauty of light and shadow, do not give up rain and sunshine.

 

 

 

当夜幕降临，一切沉淀重归静谧，花池中渐升点点光亮。今夜星光灿烂，划破黯淡如梦似幻，春湖宁静悠远的夜，试图写下它的诗篇。

 

When night falls, all precipitation returns to silence, and a little light gradually rises in the flower pool. Tonight, the stars are bright, breaking through the dark dreamlike night, and the Spring Lake is quiet and far away, trying to write its poems.

 

 

 

在转角、在长街、在你不经意的抬头中，你会发现可爱的“小动物”——鼯鼠，它是设计团队为场地打造的专属IP，为这里增添了一份童趣、一种纯真。孩子们亦毫不保留地表示出对其喜爱之情。

 

In the corner, in the long street, and in your casual look up, you will find the lovely "little animal" - flying squirrel, which is the exclusive IP created by the design team for the site, adding a childlike interest and a kind of innocence here. The children also unreservedly expressed their love for them.

为本案的重要组成部分，它是昆明首个自然生态创新型主题乐园，也是一个具有话题性的艺术乐活空间、一个助力亲子成长的游戏互动空间。

 

As an important part of this case, it is the first natural ecological innovation theme park in Kunming. It is also a topical art entertainment space and a game interaction space to help parents and children grow.

 

 

设计团队将场地最中心最开阔的位置留给了中心大草坪，露营、野餐、音乐会……这里是各种假日活动的草地舞台。边缘波浪形的台阶为草坪增添许多趣味。

 

The design team left the most central and open location of the site for the central lawn, camping, picnics, concerts... This is the lawn stage for various holiday activities. The wavy steps on the edge add a lot of interest to the lawn.

 

 

项目地出现的鼯鼠给予团队设计灵感，设计团队提取其萌态黑眼睛、粗长尾巴等特征打造专属IP——拥有飞天梦的“球球”，乐园围绕着“球球飞行日记”这个故事线展开了各种活动。

 

The flying squirrels in the project site inspired the team. The design team extracted their cute black eyes, thick tail and other characteristics to create a dedicated IP - "ball ball" with flying dreams. The park launched various activities around the story line of "ball flight diary".

 

 

 

 

飞行日记乐园共分为五大区域，分别是火箭城堡、宇宙飞艇、火星表面、马术学院、在地自然教育及中央大草坪，启发和培养孩子的探索能力和创造能力。

 

The Flight Diary paradise is divided into five areas, including rocket castle, space airship, Martian surface, equestrian academy, local nature education and central lawn, to inspire and cultivate children's exploration and creativity.

▼马术学院需要30*35米的平整场地，在有限的空间及东高西低、北高南低的地形上，需要通过复杂的竖向推导与周边设计衔接。

The equestrian college needs a flat site of 30*35 meters. In the limited space and the terrain of high in the East and low in the west, high in the north and low in the south, it needs to be connected with the surrounding design through complex vertical derivation.

The designer said

 

本案场地东西跨度170 米，南北跨度约200 米。现场地形起伏较大，总体呈现东高西低，相对高差约18 米 ，有大量的堆填土，如何克服复杂的地形地貌，解决高差问题，让设计与原有的生态环境相融合，是我们必须面对的难题。

 

The site of this case spans 170 meters from east to west and about 200 meters from north to south. The terrain of the site fluctuates greatly, showing a general high in the East and low in the west, with a relative height difference of about 18 meters. There are a large number of heaps and fills. How to overcome the complex landform, solve the height difference problem, and integrate the design with the original ecological environment is a problem we must face.

 

团队反复梳理方案，巧妙利用原有竖向关系、人地关系、植被关系，因势造景，合理安排道路和活动场地空间。

 

The team combed the plan repeatedly, cleverly used the original vertical relationship, human land relationship and vegetation relationship, built the scenery according to the situation, and reasonably arranged the road and activity site space.

 

由于外部车行道与乐园路的高程及坡度不同步，需要综合考虑竖向挡土墙、园区管理边界及从车行道看向园区的视线关系，设计从车行道上可望见火箭城堡的红色小塔尖，听见园内欢畅的声响，以激发游玩兴趣；入口的无障碍坡道既要符合使用的便捷性和舒适性，也需考虑美观度和趣味性。

 

Because the elevation and slope of the external driveway are not synchronized with that of the park road, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the vertical retaining wall, the park management boundary and the line of sight from the driveway to the park. The red spire of the rocket castle can be seen from the driveway, and the happy sound in the park can be heard to stimulate interest in playing; The barrier free ramp at the entrance should not only meet the convenience and comfort of use, but also consider aesthetics and interest.

在生态方面，我们强调材料本土化，选用本地材料，如毛石、竹子等，打造属于春城的自然野趣的景观。项目落地过程中时有困境产生，但在各方努力下，最终也呈现出最佳效果。

 

In terms of ecology, we emphasize the localization of materials and choose local materials, such as rubble and bamboo, to create a natural and wild landscape belonging to spring city. Difficulties sometimes arise in the process of project implementation, but with the efforts of all parties, the best results are finally achieved.
