上海市委党校新建体育馆、地下停车库项目，上海/建筑

本项目位于上海市虹漕南路200号上海市委党校校园内。项目总建筑面积19907.5平方米，其中地上7852 平方米，地下12055.5 平方米，高度20.3米。本项目为体育馆和为地下停车库两大功能组成，地下停车库设计停车位301辆，主要供学员及来访参加会议者停车，缓解整个校园停车位不足。地上部分体育馆内设施主要供学员非正式比赛及训练健身等使用。设计中将游泳池、网球馆和乒乓房等设置在一层，篮球馆、壁球室、健身房和体操房等设置在二层。

 

The project is located in the campus of Shanghai municipal Party school, No. 200, Hongcao South Road, Shanghai. The total construction area of the project is 19907.5 square meters, including 7852 square meters above the ground, 12055.5 square meters underground and 20.3 meters high. This project is composed of gymnasium and underground parking lot. 301 parking spaces are designed for the underground parking lot, which is mainly for students and visitors to the meeting, so as to alleviate the shortage of parking spaces in the whole campus. The facilities in some gymnasiums above the ground are mainly used for students' informal competitions, training and fitness. The swimming pool, tennis hall and table tennis room are set on the first floor, and the basketball hall, squash room, gym and gymnastics room are set on the second floor.

 

 

项目设计概念为“运动的风景”。作为一个运动类的建筑，体育馆的外部形态、室内空间以及室外景观的设计都力求符合建筑性格，体现动态的美。室外的大片绿化被设计成起伏的绿坡，在绵延起伏的绿坡中，建筑腾空而起，一端融于草坡中，另一端盘旋上升，以一种强烈的动势展现在人们面前。

 

The design concept of the project is "moving landscape". As a sports building, the design of the external form, indoor space and outdoor landscape of the gymnasium strives to conform to the architectural character and reflect the dynamic beauty. The large green areas outside are designed as undulating green slopes. In the undulating green slopes, the building rises from the sky, one end melts into the grass slope, and the other end spirals up, showing a strong momentum in front of people.

 

 

建筑立面延续草坡的手法，采用折面的方式，利用立面肌理的微妙变化，形成简约现代而又富有内涵的表皮。篮球馆部分是整个建筑最高处，采用红色锈钢板作为外墙材料，形成一个纯净的红色盒子，嵌入到盘旋的形体之中。盘旋上升的形体和红色盒子两部分互相咬合，无论从什么角度来看，都获得动态均衡的态势。

 

The facade of the building continues the technique of grass slope, adopts the way of folding the surface, and uses the subtle changes of facade texture to form a simple, modern and meaningful skin. The basketball hall is the highest part of the whole building. Red rust steel plate is used as the outer wall material to form a pure red box, which is embedded in the hovering body. The two parts of the spiraling body and the red box bite each other, and from any point of view, they get a dynamic equilibrium situation.

 

 

建筑设计中运用了大量的绿色技术，例如地源热泵、河水利用、太阳能热水、绿化屋顶、外立面遮阳等，获得了国家绿色建筑二星级设计标识，真正成为了一个绿色建筑。

 

A large number of green technologies have been used in the architectural design, such as ground source heat pump, river water utilization, solar hot water, green roof, facade shading, etc., which have won the national green building two-star design logo and truly become a green building.
