麓湾水集水鸟公园坐落于万宁市水库边缘的湿地，丰沛的热带光照与降水滋养出繁茂的水生动植物群落，枯水期裸露的浅滩形成鹬鸻类候鸟的天然食场，吸引大批迁徙候鸟驻足停歇。场地内天然内湖与高耸的落叶乔木林构成独特景观体系，与水库共同维系着微妙的生态平衡。

Luxefarm Waterbird Park is situated in the wetlands surrounding a reservoir in Wanning. Generous tropical sunlight and rainfall nurture a thriving community of aquatic flora and fauna. During the dry season, the exposed shoals become natural feeding grounds for migratory shorebirds, attracting large flocks to rest and forage. The site’s natural inland lake and towering deciduous woods form a unique landscape system, working together with the reservoir to maintain a delicate ecological balance.

「轻介入」策略 The “Light Intervention” Strategy

为适应场地运营需求，建筑选址需准确落位于水域交汇边界——既处于水库与内湖的过渡带，又衔接内湖与乔木林区。该区位不仅关乎三者的生态互动与景观对话，更面临湿地松软地基的荷载限制。在此双重约束下，”轻介入”理念通过两组轻型构筑物实现环境友好与成本的平衡。

To meet operational needs, the building sites are precisely positioned at the water convergence boundaries—the transition zone between the reservoir and the inland lake, which also connects the lake with the woods. This location is vital for ecological and visual interaction among all three environments, but it faces load-bearing limits from the soft wetland soil. Under these twin constraints, the “light intervention” concept achieves a balance between environmental friendliness and cost efficiency through two sets of lightweight structures.

一、轻形态1. Light Form

临水库侧的运营亭承载水上器械租赁与茶饮服务功能，依坡地而建。解构重组的双坡屋面形成错落檐口，由纤细柱列支撑起通透空间。柱间围合以可完全开启的门扇系统，维系视觉通廊的连续性。

The operational pavilion on the reservoir side houses water sports rentals and beverage services, built along the natural slope. A deconstructed dual-pitch roof creates staggered eaves, supported by thin columns to form a highly transparent space. Fully openable door systems between the columns keep visual corridors unobstructed.

视线上，竖向构件消隐后的通透界面，令水库对岸的蓝绿植被与氤氲雾气可直贯内湖。异形屋面在阻隔西晒的同时，留设了玻璃界面捕捉晚霞的湖面投影。

Visually, the transparency left by the hidden vertical components allows views of the lush vegetation and mist from the opposite shore to pass straight through to the inland lake. The irregular roof blocks the harsh western sun while incorporating glass surfaces to capture the sunset reflections on the water.

生态维度中，整体架空设计保障两水域间生态廊道的贯通，出挑檐廊形成的灰空间有效调节热带季风气候的日照与降水。

Ecologically, the fully elevated design keeps the wildlife corridor between the two water bodies open. The deep eaves create shaded gray spaces that buffer the sun and heavy rain of the tropical monsoon climate.

二、轻建构2. Light Construction

另一侧的亭子则是长条形的折线布局，主要为这个片区提供餐饮服务，由餐厅和厨房组成。亭子北向面朝茂密的树林，另一侧则紧邻内湖，将树林的顶部与湖面拉成一条斜线便形成梯形的剖面。

The other pavilion features a long, zigzagging layout that serves as a restaurant and kitchen to provide dining services for the area. This structure faces the dense woods to the north and sits right next to the inland lake on the other side. A straight line drawn from the treetops to the lake surface creates a distinct trapezoidal profile.

结构上，针对软弱地基采用筏板基础承托轻钢框架。波形镀锌钢板屋面既呼应水体意象，又通过曲面折射规避特定角度的眩光干扰。

Structurally, a raft foundation carries a light steel frame to handle the soft, weak ground. The corrugated galvanized steel roof echoes the texture of the water, while its curved surfaces scatter light to prevent glare from specific angles.
