One of the things that is particularly noted in the townscape of Kawagoe is the warehouse. Kura-zukuri is a clever fire-resistant building that prevents the burning of fire, and it was developed as an Edo Machiya style.

“Imo Koi,” which is a typical product of “Umon”, has a rich layer of layers made up of skin, bean jam and steamed sweet potatoes. Therefore, at the “Umon Kawagoe Factory Main Store”, we try to express the overlap between the architectural layer and the brand “layer” by plastering using various methods. I hope to convey the appeal of Umon Factory and the main store here.
