RSHP 庆祝中国郑州的中原国际会展中心二期工程圆满竣工。这一宏伟项目以尖端科技与创新为核心,打造出一座具有国家级意义的全新地标,无论从陆地还是空中,都拥有鲜明而独特的辨识度。项目位于郑州航空港经济综合实验区(ZAEZ)核心区域,包含中原国际会展中心二期(占地面积616,459.48平方米)、会议中心及酒店(占地面积81,107.51平方米)。项目总占地面积达697,566平方米(约相当于558个奥运标准泳池),并通过一条长达1.7公里、极具标志性的高架平台主轴相互连接。

 

RSHP celebrates the completion of Phase 2 of the Central China International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Zhengzhou, China – a monumental project that champions cutting-edge technology and innovation to create a new nationally significant landmark that is recognisable from both land and air. Strategically located in the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone (ZAEZ), the project comprises the Phase 2 Convention Centre (site area of 616,459.48 m2) alongside a Conference Centre and hotel (site area of 81,107.51 m2). The total site area measures 697,566 m² (equivalent to around 558 Olympic swimming pools), with the development connected via an impressive 1.7km elevated floor plane or central spine.

项目在紧凑的建设周期内高效交付,并及时投入使用,以承办由中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部主办的第三届全国技能大赛。这项国家级重要赛事汇聚了来自35个代表团的3,400余名参赛选手,在106个竞赛项目中同台竞技。总体规划以呼应现有一期会展中心为导向,通过对三大功能板块进行清晰分区,将庞大的建筑规模拆解为更易于使用且富有秩序感的空间体系。RSHP 的设计灵感源自当地文化与自然地貌,包括黄河与嵩山,以此演绎出一系列流畅延展的 canopy 屋顶,并沿贯穿整体项目的中央步行主轴展开,将会展中心、会议中心及酒店有机连接在一起。

 

Delivered to a tight schedule, the complex was ready in time to host the 3rd China National Skill Competition, a major national event organised by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The event saw over 3,400 contestants from 35 delegations compete in 106 competition events. Orientated to respond to the existing Phase 1 Convention Centre, the masterplan establishes clear zoning between the three elements to ensure the massive scale is broken into manageable and intuitive components. RSHP’s design draws on the region’s heritage – including the Yellow River and Song Mountain – to inform a series of sweeping canopy roofs that extend along the central walkway which joins the Convention Centre, Conference Centre and hotel.

项目采用创新性的结构体系,在兼顾坚固性与轻量化的同时,支撑起悬挑式翼拱屋顶及隐藏在中央脊柱的设备系统。相邻拱在接近拱脚位置相交,沿着中轴线形成了连续拱结构,极大降低了拱脚推力对地下结构的影响,不仅提供了卓越的稳定性,同时有效减轻整体重量,为有遮蔽的步行空间引入自然采光,并满足必要的排水需求。模块化设计确保项目能够在极具挑战性的工期要求下高效落成。钢结构体系以统一且轻量化的构件为基础,并通过现场焊接完成安装,在提升施工效率的同时,亦充分保留了建筑设计的整体愿景与表达。

 

An innovative, robust yet lightweight structural system supports the cantilevered wing-arched roof canopies and concealed services along the central spine. The adjacent mega-arches intersect near the springing points, forming a continuous arch structure along the central axis, greatly reducing the impact of thrust at the springing points on the underground structure, which provides stability while minimising weight, bringing natural light into the covered walkway and facilitating essential drainage. Modularity ensured the scheme was delivered within an exceptionally demanding programme. Steelwork remains lightweight with consistent elements, welded on site, enabling efficient construction without compromising the ambition of the architectural vision.

十六个展厅沿中央主轴两侧有序布局,含十三个标准展厅及三个多功能展厅。每个标准展厅的净面积约为12,638.5平方米。一层展厅拥有78.5米 × 161米的大跨度无柱空间,可灵活满足多样化的展览及活动需求。整体布局亦使会展中心能够灵活划分为多个独立区域,从而同时承办不同规模的活动与展会。

 

Sixteen exhibition halls are arranged on either side of the central spine, including thirteen standard halls and three multifunctional halls. Each standard hall has a net area of 12,638.5 m². With a clear span of 78.5 m × 161 m on Level 1, each hall accommodates a broad spectrum of exhibition and event requirements. The layout enables the Convention Centre to be divided into separate sections to allow different scales of events to be hosted simultaneously.

访客在完成票务及安检流程后,将通过中央主轴上层设置的自动步道进入会展中心。在夹层入口层,访客可俯瞰下方展区的开阔景观,随后再通过扶梯下行,正式进入展览与活动空间。

 

Visitors will travel through ticketing and security before approaching the Convention Centre via travelators on the upper level of the central spine. Dramatic views of the exhibits below are enjoyed from the mezzanine entrance level before visitors descend by escalator to the event itself.

中央主轴通过上下两层的分流设计,实现快慢人流的有序组织。上层动线通过东侧入口多层建筑贯通整个场地,将会展中心、会议中心及相邻酒店连接起来;下层空间则设置餐饮及公共功能区,为访客与参展人员提供用餐、休憩与社交放松的场所。

 

Separated circulation routes across two levels of the central spine create fast and slow pedestrian traffic. The upper level crosses the site via the eastern entrance pavilion, connecting the Convention Centre to the Conference Centre and adjacent hotel. The lower levels offer restaurants and public spaces where visitors and exhibitors can eat, rest, and relax.

位于项目东侧的会议中心由一片极具视觉张力的“悬浮式”屋盖覆盖,屋盖凌空升起,跨越整个大厅空间。大面积索网幕墙则赋予建筑通透感与清晰的界面表达,使内部功能空间在视觉上更加开放、明朗。

 

The Conference Centre, situated to the east of the scheme, is enclosed by a spectacular floating roof that rises over the hall, with large cable-net façades providing transparency and clarity to the functions contained within.

毗邻会议中心的酒店,其立面延续了会展中心与会议中心的整体设计语言。酒店共设有275间客房,并配备大型宴会厅及私密包间餐厅,以标志性的折线屋顶形态与中央中庭空间,共同完善并实现整体建筑构想。

 

Adjacent to the Conference Centre, the hotel’s façade continues the design language of the Convention Centre and Conference Centre. Featuring 275 rooms, a grand ballroom and private dining rooms, the hotel completes the overall design vision with its distinguished zigzag roofscape and central atrium.

中央入口多层建筑的屋顶设有光伏板,用于提升项目可再生能源的自发供给能力。自然采光贯穿各展厅空间,同时通过雨水收集系统为景观灌溉提供水源,在整体设计中强化被动式与资源高效利用策略。上述环境策略是被设计来协助项目达到中国绿色建筑评价标准。

 

Photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof of the central entrance pavilion, contributing to on-site renewable energy generation. Natural daylight is a defining feature across the exhibition halls while rainwater harvesting is used for landscape irrigation, supporting the use of passive and resource-efficient systems throughout. These environmental strategies are designed to achieve the China Green Building rating.
